Manual Workflow Challenges

Duplicated Entries: Gulf Turbine Services used manual Excel documents for internal purposes, which required duplicating entries into QuickBooks Online. This process was time-consuming and prone to errors.


Multi-Entity Journal Entries: Gulf Turbine Services needed a workflow that could create invoices and journal entries not only in the main company but also associated journal entries in subsidiary companies. Automating these transactions across multiple entities from a single invoice was crucial.


Payroll Cost Allocation: Utilizing ADP for payroll, Gulf Turbine Services needed to automate the breakdown of payroll costs into their component job costs, ensuring labor costs were accurately allocated to specific projects within QBO.
