Payroll Integration Issues: The firm struggled with integrating a large client’s payroll system, which involved 60 employees and a non-integrated payroll service. The process of manually processing bi-weekly journal entries through Google Sheets was both time-consuming and prone to errors.


CRM Invoice Management: Managing invoices from two overlapping CRM systems required meticulous elimination before they reached Xero, adding further complexity and workload to the process.


The Deployment Process

Joe shared that the deployment process with STRMS was smooth and seamless. Automated Solutions by STRMS

Payroll Journal Entries Automation: STRMS automated the bi-weekly journal entries that were previously being manually processed through Google Sheets. This involved integrating a non-integrated payroll service for a large client with 60 employees, streamlining the entire payroll process.


CRM Invoice Management Automation: STRMS automated the process of eliminating duplicate invoices from two overlapping CRM systems before they reached Xero. This ensured that the invoices were managed efficiently and without errors, reducing the manual workload significantly.
